We’ve heard a lot of similar questions, asked by our customers over all those years… While it would prove difficult to list all of them here, we’ve thrown in the most popular ones.
I've just received my desk, what now?
First, make sure to check that all items are there. We’d hate for you to take your desk apart and then realise you’re missing a vital piece. All items should be listed on the pamphlet included in your order (if you purchased an ActivDesk).
After you’ve verified the pieces, proceed to our videos page to watch an assembly video, or download our assembly instructions PDF using the menu above.
How long it will take to receive my order?
The delivery may take from 1 up to 9 business days depending on location. Sydney and Melbourne orders are generally fulfilled fast as the couriers make regular trips.
When the status of your order is “Shipped” the item has left our warehouse in Dandenong South and is on its way. An online tracking number is available for your goods.
I started to build my desk, but I am missing a few pieces? Why were these left out?
Whilst we do our absolute best to ensure that you receive your items on time and in good order, sometimes due to the influx of orders items are sometimes left out.
If you do happen to notice an item missing, please do not hesitate to give us a call so we can fix this up ASAP. We apologise for any inconvenience, whilst this doesn’t happen often mistakes do happen and we appreciate your understanding as we fix it.
Can I call someone about my delivery?
You certainly can. You are able to call us directly on 03 9706 9022 or you can choose to call Hunter Express directly for a more immediate answer (please note there may be a waiting time of 20+ minutes – this is normal). For any concerns with your online tracking number please do not hesitate to give them a call on 02 9780 4099
Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?
No you do not need to create an account to purchase
Do you offer any kind of discounts?
We do offer sales and discounts from time to time on the website, but generally discounts are only for larger orders and special projects.

Do you ship across Australia?
Yes, we do ship nation wide. Delivery times and pricing may vary but we certainly do ship to all parts of Australia.
Which payment methods do you have available?
We offer payment via PayPal. It is possible to check out with PayPal without a user account. Simply select guest or credit card selection when prompted after clicking check out.

When I enter my postcode it says "We do not ship to your area"
We ship across Australia, to every part of the country – however our online system is somewhat automated and there are some postcodes/regions that are either not in the system or nominated as “rural”.
If this does happen, please let us know and we can either double check to see why the system hasn’t recognised your postcode or we can handle your order over the phone.
Do you deliver outside Australia?
While we do not ship outside Australia, we can work with freight forwarders that are located in our delivery area if you would like.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery and set-up charges vary depending on where you live and from the amount of goods ordered. The final cost of your delivery will be displayed on before clicking checkout after you enter your delivery suburb.
I've got a couple of items in my order, but I am missing an item?
To keep our shipping costs lower and to pass on the savings, we use an external courier to transport our goods across Australia. Unfortunately this means that sometimes, due to limited space on their trucks, they split up their deliveries and sometimes leave the larger items behind.
Your goods should arrive in the next day or so but please give us a call or let us know via email if something has gone wrong.
